Add more flaws? I was thinking the same. Similar ideas w/ slightly warped (not exact) mechanics of implementation.

Changed my Personal Event table so every one has an optional Flaw. There are seventy-eight. You can choose to accept the flaw to gain the Personal Growth. If you haven't got one yet in the level, you need a pretty good justification for not wanting to play a randomly flawed character. It's only a game.
