Sure, he grabs all the loot and the Hirelings fear him but we need his bow bringing down the baddies.

My dude (Molasses) can't hit a barn door but his treasure winning percentage is almost nil.

Roho hits, sure, but he gets too much loot. He saves his high rolls for lootz. He's practically a soak off.
