Message:If she looted her party's corpses, after she slaughtered them all -- then okay. You don't need a reason. Don't hurt the Owl Bear is fine by me as a cause to loot the party.
If she did not loot from her friends (former) or did not defend her friends when Owl bear was gnawing on her party, well, not so much a griefer as someone who does not know what game she is playing.
Problem with Modern D&D is people conflate their own values with those of the character. Even the deep seated angry motives of people leak into modern D&D.
Was it so
Terrible to Play when we all knew the life of Murder Hobos, the game simply being an exercise in growing experience and equipment lists?
Why would I play Monopoly with a kid who wants to organize the tenants to enact Rent Control? Does that really work as a recreation inside the rulez as designed?
