20 dice. One+ deck of cards.

Basic rules.

You add the theme but the theory is you could play a number of games with almost the same rules.

Less components to buy. (The game producer creates their own deck and you bring your dice and bits.)

But, it appears to be too complicated for my taste.

Reminds me of Dragon Dice.
