I prefer the original Conrad's Fantasy/Barony tables - available on DriveThruRPG.

As stated above, Outlands simplified the system. Original Conrad's Fantasy is the Cutlass system with the tables rewritten.

Original Conrad's Fantasy is written for a world closer to a "typical" European Fantasy setting rather than the hard-core proto-Viking slant of Outlands.
